Had no idea how to help so "escalated" the case to be SCHEDULED for a home visit. We have to wait for 48 hours TO SCHEDULE THE SERVICE CALL. So nice to have great services from these guys.

I contact agent and told him… his response was that I still could with the cost neutral. Recommend this company to anyone, as well when they installed it they blocked off an emergency exit out of the home which will now cost a hefty amount to fix. These people do not have the proper qualifications to install anything.
This company came to our home and claimed they worked with Embridge. They checked our water heater and claimed to charge us 2 dollars more a month for saving water energy. After 11 days they called us and reported that we have to pay them 2000 to ... If you don’t receive a written contract, or the contract you receive doesn’t include required information about the products or services, you can cancel the contract within one year from the day you entered into it. You can also cancel the agreement within one year if the business who you’ve signed your contract with has made a false or misleading statement about the contract.
